We understand how disappointing it must have been to discover that the customs and brokerage costs added such a significant amount to your purchase. We would like to clarify that your order was placed through our European website and fulfilled from our European logistics center in the Netherlands. Our Shipping Policy explains that the European website ships to the 27 member countries of the European Union and the UK. https://eu.robotshop.com/policies/shipping-policy As Switzerland is outside the European Union, shipments from the Netherlands to Switzerland can be subject to import taxes, customs clearance charges, and brokerage fees determined by Swiss authorities and/or the carrier. Unfortunately, these charges are not controlled or retained by RobotShop. That said, we completely understand your concern regarding the overall cost and appreciate you bringing this experience to our attention. We will continue looking for ways to make customs and import-related information as clear and transparent as possible for our customers, particularly when shipping to destinations outside the EU. We are sorry that this situation negatively impacted your experience with RobotShop, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

We are sorry to hear that your order was not delivered yet. The shipping option UPS Mail innovation is a low-cost shipping option with limited tracking information. Normally, the tracking information is updated within 4 to 6 business days of the order being shipped and packages are generally delivered within 2 weeks under normal circumstances. When you contacted us on 04/17/2023 we took action and entered a new order fo reship on 04/18/2023. Again we apologize for this delivery delay on behalf of UPS Mail Innovation.
