I purchased three robotic cats and I am very happy with them. They arrived in perfect condition and work really well. I would also like to thank Nathy for her patience and professionalism throughout the process. She has been very helpful and attentive, always willing to answer my questions. RobotShop canceló mi pedido después de recibir el pago y todavía no me devuelve el dinero Mi experiencia con RobotShop ha sido muy decepcionante y frustrante. Compré un escáner LiDAR Manifold Tech Pocket 2 a través de la página oficial de RobotShop (Order #1503105). Después de intentar realizar el pago con tarjeta de crédito en tres ocasiones, me ofrecieron la alternativa de pagar mediante transferencia bancaria internacional, a la que accedí. El 7 de octubre de 2026 realicé una transferencia desde Banco Pichincha, Ecuador, a la cuenta bancaria proporcionada por RobotShop Inc. en Estados Unidos. El importe total debitado de mi cuenta fue de USD 3.673,76, de los cuales RobotShop recibió USD 3.495,00. Sin embargo, el 8 de octubre, después de enviar el comprobante de pago, RobotShop canceló mi pedido alegando que la dirección de entrega no era entregable. La dirección correspondía a una casilla de courier en Estados Unidos. Como el producto nunca fue enviado o entregado, solicité inmediatamente el reembolso. Desde entonces, he tenido que insistir repetidamente para obtener una respuesta: - 12 de octubre: me solicitaron los datos bancarios para realizar el reembolso y los proporcioné ese mismo día. - 13 de octubre: me informaron que mis datos habían sido remitidos al departamento de contabilidad. - 14 de octubre: me confirmaron que recibiría un reembolso de USD 3.530,00. - 15 de octubre: me indicaron que el proceso tardaba entre tres y cinco días hábiles. - 16 de octubre: se disculparon por la demora y aseguraron que me informarían cuando el reembolso se hubiera efectuado. - 19 de octubre: volví a solicitar información, pero no recibí respuesta. A fecha de 20 de octubre de 2026, todavía no he recibido el dinero ni un comprobante que demuestre que la transferencia de devolución se haya realizado. Lo más preocupante es que, además del importe de la compra, tuve que pagar USD 178,76 en comisiones bancarias e impuestos en Ecuador: USD 66,36 por la transferencia internacional, USD 9,95 de IVA y USD 102,45 por el Impuesto a la Salida de Divisas (ISD). RobotShop me comunicó que recibiría USD 3.530,00. Si ese es el único importe que me devuelven, tendré una pérdida de USD 143,76, pese a no haber recibido el producto. Entiendo que las comisiones bancarias y los impuestos pueden requerir procedimientos de recuperación independientes. Sin embargo, considero razonable esperar transparencia, una explicación clara del importe del reembolso y una devolución oportuna cuando el pedido ha sido cancelado por el propio comercio. He cumplido con todos los requerimientos de RobotShop y he proporcionado la información solicitada. Hasta ahora, solo he recibido disculpas y promesas, pero ningún reembolso efectivo. Solicito públicamente a RobotShop que atienda mi caso, procese el reembolso de USD 3.530,00 que me prometió, me facilite el comprobante de la transferencia y me explique la diferencia entre el importe debitado de mi cuenta y el dinero que recibiré. Espero que esta reseña llegue al departamento responsable y que la empresa se ponga en contacto conmigo para resolver el problema cuanto antes. Actualización: Finalmente, el equipo de atención al cliente (Loise) me ofreció realizar el reembolso a través de PayPal debido a un problema bancario, y el dinero ya fue devuelto. Quiero destacar la brevedad con la que Loise pudo resolver mi problema, aunque durante el proceso terminé perdiendo USD 99.41 sin haber recibido el producto por trámites bancarios e impuestos por la transferencia bancaria.
