We take allegations of fraud very seriously and want to address this clearly. The product you purchased was accurately listed as being fulfilled, DDP shipped, and supported by one of our Marketplace Vendors. Our Marketplace Vendors have full control over updating their inventory through their vendor portals, and all fulfillment and shipping details come directly from them. The shipping of your order was processed within the 3 business days indicated on our site, and tracking information was provided once the order was processed. https://ca.robotshop.com/policies/shipping-policy At no point did our team intentionally misrepresent inventory or shipment origin. Our support communications were intended to provide clear guidance regarding your order, and we strongly disagree with any suggestion that our actions constitute fraud or violate the law.
