Chat support was really polite and helpful. It's nice to be able to deal with real people, in real time. Robotshop is a great alternative to buy Reencle products that otherwise would need to ship from the US.

An english speaking human being answered the phone and assisted me with my problem. To our great pleasure, the new computer system used by Robotshop was quick and easy for her to fix the situation. Overall easy fix and good experience.

I am a big fan of RobotShop - they have many difficult to find items are are always willing to quickly provide quotes for me as I try to figure out the best use of my classroom budget. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to get the items, as they are often coming from outside of the country, but they do the best that they can!

I'd give six stars if I could... I had purchased a product from another vendor one week before Christmas with UPS next day shipping, but they shipped it USPS and it was going to arrive one week after Christmas. I contacted Robotshop and they were able to overnight me the same product to save the day! Their support team responded very quickly to my questions, and made sure things went smooth along the way. I'm now purchasing all of my hobby electronics through them. It's great to find a company with this level of support!
