Hello there, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration surrounding your order. I want to clarify that the pendant light was indeed out of stock at the time your order was canceled, and we did our best to communicate that as soon as possible. I completely understand how this situation may have appeared otherwise, especially with the item becoming available again later. Regarding the discount code, we certainly didn’t intend for you to feel like you were being shorted on your great deal. As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer you our new discount code, Fall20, which provides the same discount as Labor20. You can use this to enjoy the same savings on any available items. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other concerns or if you’d like assistance placing your order again. We value your business and look forward to providing you with a seamless shopping experience moving forward. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Hi Brian, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I truly apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order. I understand how frustrating this situation has been. I’d like to clarify that your order was shipped on time, but unfortunately, it was lost in transit—a situation we have no control over. However, as soon as we became aware of the issue, we immediately arranged for a replacement shipment, even while waiting for the courier’s investigation to conclude. We strive to provide the best possible service, and it’s disappointing to hear that we’ve fallen short in your case. Please feel free to reach out directly if you have any further concerns or if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience moving forward. Sincerely, Residence Supply

Dear Jessica, I sincerely apologize for the frustration and lack of communication you’ve experienced regarding your order. I completely understand how upsetting it must be to wait two weeks for a response, only to learn about an unexpected 45-day sea freight delay. This should have been communicated to you clearly from the start, and I deeply regret that it wasn’t. Please know that we are a legitimate company, and we take these concerns very seriously. Could you kindly provide your order details so I can personally look into this and ensure we provide a satisfactory resolution? Your trust is important to us, and I’d like the opportunity to restore your confidence in Residence Supply. Thank you for your patience, and I look forward to resolving this for you. Sincerely, Residence Supply
