Be prepared to wait a long time to get your order!
Be prepared to wait a long time to get your product as it comes from China! We ordered it on May 11th and didn’t receive it until September. The main reason I gave this company 3 stars is because we were never able to get the chandelier we ordered to work. I will say that customer service (Faith and Jennifer) communicated very well throughout the process of troubleshooting. They sent a new part but it still didn’t work. They eventually did give us a full refund in October, which we appreciated!

Thank you to Glaizel Canturna for the excellent customer service. One of the dimmers blew out after installation, and I was sent a free replacement promptly.

It was great!
It was great! I was so excited to get my black with brass toggles switches, they are truly high-quality, stylish and well made! The ordering experience was fine. However, there was definitely some miscommunication and delays in shipping, so I reached out to Customer Service with my concerns. Glaizel was wonderful with prompt replies, continued follow-up and proper updates. And once I finally received the switches all of that concern went out the window because the product itself was well worth the wait!

Hugo was wonderful. He was respectful and resolved my issue quickly. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had all of the information I needed, including a tracking number for my replacement product.
