unusable quality, scamed
Their website and branding look great, but please don't get fooled. Our Afzal Pendant Light took 2 weeks to arrive from somewhere in China. cables were damaged already, screw joints falling a part, piece of plastic instead of claimed glass, led tape inside falling off and just overall unable. Probably worth £10. now trying to return

Don’t buy anything on sale, they will cancel your order and say you did it
I placed an order with them and then three days later I received an email saying that I canceled my order so they’re refunding me. I didn’t request for a cancellation, they just upright canceled my order and then sent an email saying I did. This was most likely because I purchased a light fixture that was on sale for a really good price. I read a couple of reviews that stated that this company does this but I didn’t think they could be that grimy. Little did I know they did the same exact thing to me. Will never make another purchase nor recommend this site

Buyer Beware
We initially ordered pendant lights, and they came, and they were just downright ugly and cheap looking. We went to return them, and they were going to charge us a massive restocking fee or we could get store credit. We needed some rugs, so got the credit, and used the credit for rugs. If you can call them "rugs." I spent $300 on a rug that looks like it was screen printed on plastic. The other rug I got, I realized I ordered the same one from Wayfair for half the price. This place sells some cheap home furnishings, and cheap as in tacky but not cheap in price.
