BUYER BEWARE! We Ordered several thousands of dollars of wall panels and some furniture items for a project and to our disappointment when we finally received the products they were all very poor, cheap quality and not anything like what was advertised. All products came directly from China and took over 2 months to get to us. We were not able to use any of it on our project because of the poor quality of the materials. We ask to return the products and after months of back and forth they offered us 50% refund on our return. We still have not received recieved any of our shipping labels (after 2 months of daily emails). Again this was wasn’t just one item or one order this was multiple items all which were terrible quality. I have never done a review before but felt compelled to warn others of this company’s products and policies.

Never received the products. SO much back and forth with customer service still no resolution — no products nor a refund. $400 + hours of time totally wasted for both my husband and me. The business makes a show on this site of reaching out for resolution with the same canned response. Still no action from them after 3 months.

Great product

1st was a delay in shipping even though express shipping payment was made. 2nd was the actual state of the product when arrived. No packaging around the product (over A$250 worth). The product was scratched and damaged. It also did not comply with Australian Standards As I paid for 100% damage insurance, I expected to be refunded and return the lights. However, this claim was rejected and offered of send 1 light out of the 4 as a replacement. They rejected the lights being unfit for Australia (even though I sent the Aust STD documents to show them) Thinking of buying anything through them...Run! Run Away as fast as you can and DO NOT buy a thing...In fact worn everyone about this company.

Easy ordering, fast shipping, very responsive. Excellent light switches — they are very handsome and look exactly like the product description. Function well.

Purchased a lovely pendant lamp but when we were ready to install after our renovation, electrician said not approved for Australia. Even though Residence Supply said it was. Electrician also said quality poor especially for the price we paid. Avoid

I have found this company to be very responsive and great to work with. Additionally, their products are of great quality. Overall, very pleased!

Good quality product. Had an issue with an item and it was quickly rectified.
