False Marketing
Do not do business with this company. It markets itself as "handcrafted fixtures". In reality, the fixtures I ordered are drop shipped from China. The fixtures I ordered were advertised as UL exterior fixtures. They were not designed to cap over a typical junction box for the US market. After two long months of back and forth, the company refuses to refund or return. Live Architects

Terrible delivery
Terrible delivery - promised time was 15 days. No communucation. Item arrived a few months after, even though i asked multiple times for an update. Adding on to that, the item was incomplete and was missing vital parts. The website claims to be a miami company, yet they get all their shit from china and mark it up for $1000s of dollars

Terrible Communication & Customer Service
I'm an interior designer & would NOT recommend switches from Residence Supply. The estimated ship dates on the page are inaccurate as these are poorly made in China. You should expect to receive the switches in 16-23 business days as they have to ship overseas. Save your money & source switches from a quality manufacturer like Forbes & Lomax or Buster + Punch!
