Good contact throughout delivery…
Good contact throughout delivery process. It took a long time for the expensive chandelier to be delivered due to country of origin, but the company sent regular updates without being prompted to give us peace of mind.

Do not order from Residence Supply!
I received a damaged item after waiting way past the delivery date. I requested a refund but they are unresponsive and are delaying the confirmation of it.

Poor Customer Service and No Refunf
I received a damage product despite having paid extra insurance for it. I got in touch with the company and asked for a refund as the lamp I bought was for a client and they needed it on time. The company suggested to replace the product however my client had decided on a different lamp due to the urgency. I keep following up on the refund and I never get a reply.
