A year ago, this rating would have been a 4 or even 5. This time it's a 2. There were several problems related to check but the manager took care of them for us. The bigger issues were: 1) the bun changed for the worse; I've had better buns at fast food restaurants. 2) I understand they are catering to the woke mob by trying to keep their ESG score high; however, I don't want a side of politics with my burger. Please keep the trans agenda rubbish to yourself and just let me enjoy a my burger. Red Robin, how about this: you don't tell me about your sexual preference and I wont tell you about mine; fair enough?

The food was good and so was the service. However, the music was much too loud and none of us enjoyed the type of music played which made our meal less than pleasant. We do not plan a return visit soon unless some things are changed.

My grand daughter treated us to Red Robin to go this evening. I felt bad for her because it was awful. Grandma and I had the southwest chicken salad. Order 20019. All of the "fun" ingredients were absent. Jalapeños, avocado and chips for starters. The portion size is not always smaller with chain restaurants but with RR that must be policy. Very disappointing dinner. Will not ever carry out again and may not even visit the dining room again. Half of the time in the dining room the jalapeños are left off and they bring them once the dinner is finished.

My wife and I went to the red robin in Bellingham today April 13 at 1345 pm we ordered a chicken burger and a bacon cheese burger that’s it We waited for 27 miniutes for these far too long also there was only 6 people in the lounge the whole time when the food arrived it was cold and the burger was red not even cooked we told the manager he said sorry 3 times and took the burger off the bill which I sent back he said he would make a new one and I said no way I would not wait that long anywhere for a burger it was also in a pan not freshly cooked he took the food away and came back with a free desert coupon if we would come back I left the coupon on the table and said never again if I want a desert I can buy one very bad service and attitude this day and age this is not acceptable no one waits 27 min for out of the pan burger I hope you understand this complaint thank you for your attention

The manager, Brittney Berry, and our waiter, Anthony, were excellent. we had an issue with obtaining loyalty points due to an internal computer issue on Red Robbins website. Brittney handled it in a professional and effective manner. Both Brittany and Anthony bring warmth and caring to the table. It initiates a very postivie experience. In addition, the woman that first greeted us was also courteous and accommodating. We had requesteda booth and she immediately got one ready. All in All the Red Robin on Palm beach Lakes BLVD, wpb was super. Every time we have gone to that restaurant, we found everyone to be friendly, accommodating and competent..

Since I go there once a week everyone knows me. The manager will come and sit at my table and talk to me. The servers all know what I want to order and even when they are busy they make sure I have my refills quickly.

Service isnt like it used to be, and food was extremely cold. Waiter was to busy with other tables and never checked on my family and we kept asking for things we needed with having to wave them down. Need to revamp your staff!

Terrible customer experience.I was looking for the best burger in OKC. I walked into the Red Robin Burger Joint on N Penn & in Edmond. 2 kids at the hostess stand with little or no experience were there to take my to go order . Seemed simple enough. Been there myself working in the FB BZ for 30 years myself. Ive enjoyed many RR burgers at other locations. Too much wokeness. LGBTQ? Seriously. When I was in the business we wore uniforms.
