Red Robin galleria mall henderson NV 1130 am Monday 10/19. Ordered fries while waiting on my partner Fries were greasy and inedible. Server did bring “fresher” ones but by then I felt quality of RR was suspect. How can the first order leave the kitchen? RR quality and attention to detail is failing Can’t see them survive as is… sad 😔

My husband and I went to Red Robin on Sept 22 for a late lunch, about 2:30. There was no one in the bar where we always sit and received wonderful service and conversation with the female bartender, but she left at 3:00. We ordered the fish and chips to share, we had to ask for a basket of fries and when we got them, they were stale, soggy and cool, they obviously were not fresh fries. When our meal came, fries were the same, but the fish was overcooked and coating was very hard. We ate a bit and took the rest home, but then threw it all away as it was not edible. We will never go back to Red Robin due to their quality of food they are serving and the poor cooking.

Red robin in Mount Juliet, TN needs some really big help. We were told they had no forks, so they handed us plastic forks to eat our dinner. Dinner was cold and the manager did not really care if we were happy or not. Don't bother going there.

Ordered fish and chips at the Tacoma RR. Usually get large, fluffy fish pieces, 4 each. I brag about how good the fish usually is. This is the second time I've gotten small, thin, over cooked, crunchy fish. Scales remain on some of the fish. Food is too expensive without getting a meal you can't eat. Shame on your staff for letting a meal like that being brought to my table.

After waiting 1.5 hours and still didn’t get our food my grandkids and I walked out. When we were seated, the entire bar area was crowded. By the time we walked out the bar area only had one person left and us. I totally blame the server because the other servers in the area were prompt and the food came out timely. Our server was too busy cleaning tables to refill our water glasses.

Sigh. I used to like Red Robin. Where do I start? Though the service was great, the experience was lacking. First, I picked up the tablet and wanted to see what games were on the tab, saw nothing my kid would benefit from so I put it down. They freaking charged me for that!!! The food made us all sick with their toxic seed oils in and on everything. The amount of salt on the burgers was outrageous as it was also in the chicken strips, the fries obviously, and even the broccoli. Maybe we’re getting a more sensitive gut as we get older, but I’m done with these “fast food” sit down joints. They’re all the same.

Honestly one of the worst chain restaurant meals I've had in a long time. Nothing tasted fresh—everything from the burger to the fries felt like it came straight out of a freezer and was reheated. The food was bland, flavorless, and somehow still greasy at the same time 🤢. For the prices they're charging, this was a complete disappointment. Won't be back.

I didn't even want to give a one star.This is for the restaurant in hendersonville , tennessee. My husband and I went to celebrate his birthday back in March.and get him his free hamburger meal. The waitress back in March was very sweet.Then she mentioned a milkshake , my husband thought he was getting his hamburger meal and a milkshake for free. I also ate and paid for my meal.And he got his for free. We paid and left. We were all the way in White House Tennessee when my husband's phone rang and it was the restaurant telling him that he was not supposed to get the milkshake and the hamburger meal for free. They wanted us to come all the way back up to the restaurant and pay. I was furious.I called the restaurant and talked to the manager he told me he was going to call the general manager kristen. Kristen called me and I explained what happened. She told me that we could go back up to the restaurant and tell the manager that we talked to her. And we could get something free. This happened in March and we went back to the restaurant yesterday.For dinner.I told the waitress I wanted to speak to the manager, she asked, what was going on.Her name was allie i told her what happened and told her what Kristen said to me. She made a snide remark.I told her I would not have known the general manager's name.If I hadn't spoke to her, she Said in a snide remark well, the general manager's name is on the menu and on the door like I was lying to her, then she said she used to work at a restaurant where if the customer didn't pay, they would call them and if they didn't come back in And pay for their dinner , they would call the police. My husband and I have never , ever ever not paid. We are honest people.Again, we were mistreated at the Hendersonville, Tennessee, Red Robin. I was so mad, I wanted to leave.But myhusband and I had just left the funeral home and we were really hungry she came back and said the manager would comp one meal, which was fine.But then she said the cokes would not be a part of that. I told her we were getting the 9.99 deal with the coke included. She said I doubt that he will comp your drinks.But I will go ask him , she came back and said it was okay. The whole ordeal was demeaning , and I will never set foot in that restaurant nor my family or friends. There seems to be a real problem with the staff there. The manager that came out never came back to see if we were doing okay. The waitress Allie was very rude And made me feel like i was just trying to get a free meal. She told me she had worked in management before but I also inmy younger days worked as a waitress assistant, dining room manager and a manager of dining room.You do not treat your customers like that. Just leaving a funeral home was upsetting enough. But being treated like I was a criminal and lying just to get a free meal was absolutely over the top for me sincerely suzy.
