My wife and I each ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. She got hers but mine came with regular fries and I am allergic to white potatoes. I told the waitress and she said she would bring some after about 15 minutes I asked someone else and after another 15 I asked someone else. The waitress finally brought a plate and bragged hot out of the fryer and to my surprise they were regular fries. So we waited awhile for the sweet potato fries and finally got them. When I paid in cash I don’t remember the exact price something like $32.30, I gave her $40.00 and she brought back $7.00 and no change. Probably won’t go back for awhile.

I wish to commend our server, Lacie, whom provided my wife and I excellent service. Lacie’s timing in table customer support was great. Best of all, Lacie never addressed us as “Guys.” Being senior citizens, we take offense to this behavior. I was confronted with medical emergency (uncontrolled diarrhea) in the men’s restroom. A side effect of Cancer Radiation Therapy. Red Robin’s savior, TORY, came to my recue. After checking on my status he relayed a message to my wife that I needed my change of clothes bag. He provided excellent customer support and said he would sanitize the handicapped stall after we cleaned up. Tory was a God Send. First and foremost the service was bad. No water- Pipes have been broken for several weeks?? The waitress stated it happened every year? The stand up board on the table- Dont touch it. We didn't play games just browsed through it. When the bill came there was an entertainment charge?? It was for the games on the table! The waitress took off the charge.

This red robin on Ford Road is horrible They service was bad and the cook is horrible food was not all the way done.My son got food poison from this place after we left..So place whoever think about going there place dont.!

Went to the restaurant for a welcome home meal with friends. I have a food allergy and advised the waitress. Waitress came back and advised the cook said that the entire kitchen was exposed to the food I am allergic to and they would not make any accommodations. I said that was fine and to cancel my order. The manager came over and said he understood there was an issue. I advised that in the past, the cook has pulled out a pan and cooked my burger separate. The manager said the pan broke so they couldn't do that anymore and was sorry and walked away. The group I was with didn't feel comfortable with me sitting at the table and them eating so we left and went to another restaurant that was amazing and accommodated my allergy with open arms.

Ordered two burgers and onion rings, to go at Red Robin on Galaxy Drive in Lacey Washington. Order was to be ready at 6:35 waited until 7:10. Took ten minutes to get home. Food was cold burgers were burnt. They continued to tell people something was broke in the kitchen. I don't think that should be my problem. After all I spent $46. For two burgers and onion rings.

I missed having one nearby for so long and just moved to the city and was really looking forward to finally eating red robin frequently again. A lot of the menu has changed unfortunately...but it's still okay food..just not near as good as it used to be. Oh well guess that's just how everything goes now days.

We went here for my mother's birthday today amd the service amd food were great. They were very helpful. We will definitely be coming back
