This is the second time I have been to Red Robin this year. Both today & my last visit in the Spring, I waited almost an hour to receive my sandwich. I will NOT be returning.

I had a great experience at the Greenville location. The moment I walked in I felt welcomed. They greeted me like the were glad I was there. I placed a to go order and the staff was very helpful. Even though I did not eat in the restaurant the level of service was grade A++. It did not take them long to get my order ready. When they brought my order they wanted to make sure I was satisfied before I left. I have not had that kind of experience in years. Later when I tried my food it was so good. Very good burger. Cooked right, taste right.

We went to one in Indianapolis Indiana and the food was cold, place was dirty like no other. My food came on a dirty plate and we waited for our food to be served while it sat in the window for 15 minutes. The total for 5 of us to eat there was crazy 118.00 and it sucked not worth the money. That was my first time eating at one and my last.

So disappointed with their online ordering. They got none of the burgers correct, didn't add the bacon we paid $2 extra dollars for, didnt remove the tomatoes and other things we checked off our burgers, mixed ingredients for two different burger and couldnt even be seperatef at home because it was mixed with a very spicy ingredient. They brought it out curbside and forgot the drinks...i was picking up the order but did not order it so I didnt know but that shouldnt have mattered anyway. Their way of fixing the drink issue (we called about that before checking the burgers unfortunately) was to either inconvenice us further by going back or later got a phone call saying we can ask for them for free drinks next time we go because they couldnt refund since it was part of the meals... never again will we order online from them. The woman who called us back was nice enough but correcting these issues well needs serious work!

Came in the restaurant in Cedar rapids, IA was seated...waited to take order noticed people that came in after me got their order I was there already 20 minutes no one came decided to get up walk out the door went somewhere else. The staff didn't even bother to see if I needed anything very rude staff will never return to cedar rapids red robin will return to dubuque ia red robin at least they have a friendly staff

HORRIBLE FOOD!!! We ordered a take out order of fish and chips. First of all, it was not ready until about 20 min after it was supposed to be, but then it appeared to have been in the fryer for that entire time. It was completely inedible. The fish was leather. No moisture in it at all. I called to complain and spoke to a "manager" who was incredibly rude. The fish went directly into the garbage. Don't waste your money on overpriced trash from these rude/inept employees!

Great place. Always friendly staff and amazingly good food! We love going here. The bottomless fries are a huge hit for kids and we love the burgers

My girlfriend celebrated her birthday at Red Robin location in Peoria Arizona for the past 3 years and I wanted to surprise her with a gift.Her mom and siblings were there also and I surprised them by bringing there drinks out to them.The manager was so helpful and kind and professional as well as the staff.They helped me make this work and created such a wonderful experience that will be cherished forever.Thank you for helping me create a unforgettable memory and I personally thank that store location for being a part of it all.
