We went to the RED ROBIN in Watertown, New York and we were so expressed with the Manager (who I believe his name is Shaggy). The manager CAME TO OUR TABLE SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. Our delightful waitress who was Brittany gave us wonderful service. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. Dined at Red Robin in Jacksonville FL on 11/11/25. Everything was 5-star. Food and service was fantastic. One of the managers, Kim, was speaking to many customers and patrons waiting to be seated. Very charming and professional, gave a great impression of the restaurant. Our server, Zach, was outstanding in every way. Talon was working the hostess area and helping at table side. She was very hard working, positive, and really made a difference to the overall efficiency of the operation. We were really impressed with our visit.

I only ordered out tonight, but I have to say the togo experience was precise and pleasant. The person at the station didn't know that it was me and my wife's 19th Anniversary. We just wanted to spend the day together and maybe go out to eat. Well, of course that plan wasn't going to happen. Hence, the Red Robin call. Everything was made exactly as we ordered it. My wife is pleased and that Bacon & Bleu Burger was wonderful. Thank you for doing something with pride.

Yesterday afternoon we went to Red Robin at the District. Duane was the waiter. We couldn't have asked for better service. He was attentive, friendly and kind. The service was quick and the food was wonderful. He was fun to talk to. I haven't service that good for a long time. Thanks Duane!

It was for our employee appreciation Luncheon. Delivered on time, set up was great. The person that delivered was professional and friendly. He did it with a smile. Everyone was happy with the food and the condiments supplied. We had plenty.

This place is mf GREAT!!! I’m a food connoisseur ! I think I used that right who cares try that buzzer beater this is great unlimited fries and drink big burger for low price come down ! My stomach super full right now Btw this my first time coming here too !!!!!!!
