I would give this location less than…
I would give this location less than zero stars Tuesday July 28, 2026 my wife and I chose the Sioux City location for a snack and a drink. We were there between 3 and 4 pm. Very light clientele crowd, We were seated and our order was promptly taken. Later in the meal one more mixed drink was ordered and after what I believed was an ample amount of time I approched the bar to inquire about the order. The bartender immediatley raised her arm and declared I had to learn patience; when I asked how long it would be I was told I'll get it when I get it. Both times she was very condencending, dismissive and loud enough for at least the bar patrons to hear her. No explination of how the odering process works. She refused to give me her or the owners names. When I returned to my table my wife and I could hear her mocking me to some patrons at the bar. I was shocked and appalled at the treatment I was given. I have never been disrespected, dismissed and humiliated like that in my life, especially at a public venue. If I where the Employeer I would seriously consider if I wanted such an employee at the front of my business. My wife and I are Senior Citzens and Retirees. We take our choices where to spend our money seriosly. Needless to say we will never return to that establishment. I will reach out to the local owner and will relay this experience as far and wide as I can. The only redeeming experience of this incedent was our waitress. She was very attentive and apologized for our treatment. Roger S.
