Red RobinReviews of redrobin.com

bathroom was disgusting, food was very small portions, floors were not cleaned as I was sitting at my table under the table was a lid for a drink and someone else's fries that was never swept up and tables was not cleaned it was sticky, bad name for a restaurant that was at one time a good place to go but is expensive for the lousy experience I had there

Portion sizes getting smaller We use to eat at Red Robin very regularly. With covid, it broke the pattern and we have not eaten there for a long time. Went for a chicken salad a couple of weeks ago and thought, it was very good, we will start going back. My wife and I went last night and got the same chicken salad, there was about 1/3 of the chicken (at best) that there use to be. After we left, we both said, that we were not full (we're not overweight people who eat a lot) and could have gone to another restaurant for a main meal. The salad was more like a beginner salad. Disappointed. The restaurant will be left off of our list of places to go for salads. It looked like they cut down on the portion size of the chicken to save money - yet charged us full price. Restaurants must learn that predictability of food quality & portions are a big deal. Last night was one big disappointment. So we will not be returning for probably a long time. We eat out over 10X a week so you are going to lose a big customer.

Good hamburger, waitress was friendly. But I gave her $10 cash tip for a hamburger yet Red Robin felt the need to grab 15% more from me I didn’t wish to authorize when I paid for my meal. If you need to trick people into an extra gratuity it’s very bad business

We went to Red Robin yesterday with a family of five. The place was empty, so the wait time was minimal. The service was great and the food tasted excellent. We definitely took advantage of their Bottomless Fries special, where you can have as much of french-fries as you want. On a separate note, we have noticed that the portion size has become significantly smaller, and the prices of dishes went up. We used be able to dine at Red Robin with the same set of dishes we got yesterday for about $75, but yesterday our bill was about $110. We have not been to Red Robin in a couple of years, and difference in portion sizes and prices was very noticeable.

We have always had a decent experience with Red Robin. Since the pandemic, we order through either Skip The Dishes or Uber Eats. The food is always warm and tasty, and exactly what we order. Don't get me wrong, we have had some slight issues here and there (for example, they forget the drinks some of the time..) but it's been great for the most part. My daughter has been a fan of Red Robin since she was little. Always loves it there. The fries are tasty, the Red Robin seasoning is great. A family fave!

Waited about 45 minutes for drinks well over an hour for food while other people came in and was served within 15 minutes. Our food was cold when it came. Our waitress ignored us from then on and had to have a different waitress take over after being told we needed help. Very rude original waitress. The manager did give us a discount but you don’t as a waitress never go back to your table and ignore your customers.

The restaurant did not have my carryout order complete - one entree was missing. After waiting 15 minutes I told them to cancel the order. It has been over 2 weeks and I cant get any satisfaction to refund the money. I have called and spoken to the manager, Edgar, in person. Promises were made to make this right and refund the money but so far to no avail. These people don't care about their customers.

Some of our party ordered pizzas. After about 20 minutes the waitress told us that they had no pizzas dough so no pizzas. Everyone ordered a burger and it took about 40 minutes to get our food. We should have left and went for pizza.
