We went to Red Robin yesterday with a family of five. The place was empty, so the wait time was minimal. The service was great and the food tasted excellent. We definitely took advantage of their Bottomless Fries special, where you can have as much of french-fries as you want. On a separate note, we have noticed that the portion size has become significantly smaller, and the prices of dishes went up. We used be able to dine at Red Robin with the same set of dishes we got yesterday for about $75, but yesterday our bill was about $110. We have not been to Red Robin in a couple of years, and difference in portion sizes and prices was very noticeable.

I live Red Robin food. Ordered their doughnuts for dessert. Good idea but they tasted like cooked with chicken. Not sure if fried in own oil or in oil Chicken or other cooked. Would not order again. Does not deter me from eating there

I missed having one nearby for so long and just moved to the city and was really looking forward to finally eating red robin frequently again. A lot of the menu has changed unfortunately...but it's still okay food..just not near as good as it used to be. Oh well guess that's just how everything goes now days.

Solid burgers, decent bar. Overall good service and experience

We have not been to Red Robin for a while with COVID. We were driving by, pulled in and placed an order for curbside carry out. The person who answered the call, I was not overly impressed with. She was very like (OMG she wants to place an order and she kinda knows what's on the menu UGH!!!!!). I told her what my husband wanted and what I wanted. Daniel the wonderful employee tasked with running orders outside. Stopped asked our name and said said he would be sure that our order was placed correctly. He was great. Absolutely friendly, respectful and very efficient. If they do shut down in restaurant dinning because of the rise in COVID cases; please be sure that Daniel is part of the team running orders to the pick up lanes. (this would be the Independence location off of 40 HWY)
