Very in-depth and kind .

The only negative was the very aggressive onboarding when I went to check my insurance. Other than that, Prosper Health has been a very good provider and their communication and reminders are very helpful. They offer community support in addition to therapy after diagnosis (if applicable to you).

Dr. Currie was amazing!! I was so nervous when we started, but she made the process so smooth that in no time, I was relaxed and ready to go. She encouraged me the whole time to answer the questions the best I can. It’s not a test, there’s no right or wrong answer. The whole process was wonderful. Not having to wait was the best!! AND getting the results quickly reduced anxiety about the whole process exponentially!! All in all, it was great! 10/10, no notes. Definitely would recommend!!

Besides the first person i had that messed up everything. It was great! I loved the way it happened and was handled i’d say the 2nd assessment should be longer .

They make it super easy to get into their system and they work with your insurance and help you make appointments. The assessment was a set of 3 appointments where you are evaluated the first two and the results on the third. The assessor was amazing, I felt very comfortable through the whole process.

Beyond happy I took the leap. Prosper Health was the smoothest online operation I have ever used. No schedule mix ups, no bug issues, no wrong links, no issues whatsoever. I was skeptical seeing ads on instagram for this. I’m glad I just took the leap and tried. I highly recommend. Other offices charge a significantly high amount to be assessed. My three visits were free covered by my insurance! I saw the ad multiple times in like a two week span before I decided to just put my info in. Best decision I’ve ever made. My provider Dr. Juby was amazing. JUST DO IT !

The psychologist was thorough, sensitive, and knowledgeable. The therapist I started seeing afterwards is supportive, compassionate, and clearly cares. I highly recommend Prosper Health.
