The initial diagnosis was good and the doctor was good. But the therapist not good at all

The process was very easy. The information provided to prepare for the assessment was very helpful in easing some of the anxiety of the unknown. The assessor was incredibly patient and kind. She was willing to explain anything that was unclear in greater detail. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the 72, 48, and 24 hour reminders about the appointments. They felt excessive and caused me anxiety in anticipation of the first appointment.

The actual process was excellent, but there were a lot of technical glitches that resulted in my first two sessions being cancelled. The first time, the clinician was just a no-show and didn't send me any message until four days later. I went with a different clinician, and a technical problem beyond her control prevented that session from happening. She was supportive and got my sessions back on track, so once we met it was a very good process.

Easy booking experience for appointments, assessment appointments themselves were thorough and very neuroaffirming, also affordable with insurance coverage.

I just don’t have any complaints at the moment. I joined the discord link I was sent. But I don’t know what I am supposed to do with that? I’ll message my therapists to see how it works.

While I got the diagnosis and closure I needed I can’t help but feeling I had more time to discuss everything I wanted to. My clinician even stated on session 3 that he was unable to get enough information for certain areas which left me feeling dissatisfied that I could not answer more thoroughly. I feel as though there should be 4 sessions with the 3rd covering the missed bases so clients don’t feel as if they could have said more.

I am unsure about the issue of AI for the therapy summary
