I had a great experience with Prosper Health. Right from the beginning, the process was easy and stress-free. My health insurance covered all but a small co-pay, there were plenty of therapists to choose from, and I was very comfortable with Dr. Longa. The sessions were relaxed and easy to manage. She was understanding and never made me feel awkward or embarrassed. At the end, when I got the diagnosis she explained everything and offered therapy or just links to pertinent info if thats all I needed. I am pleased I chose to go through the process and would reccomend it to anyone interested.

Dr. Shannon T. Gordon is absolutely amazing! She has a way of explaining things that is humorous and remarkable. I have such a hard time remembering everything but when she says it, it stays with me! I’m so happy to have found her here! She’s just begun, but has already made such a huge impact on my life!

I'm thankful to finally have a diagnosis and confirmation of what I have been experiencing and wondering about for so long. I feel like I have been found after being lost. I'm so sad that my current health care provider doesn't have Prosper on its list of providers, I am sad that Prosper could not advocate on my behalf with BCBS IL to be added even though they are already on another BCBS program I was a member of previously; it made me feel like I was not worth advocating for.
