Since this was only my second session of therapy I’m not a very good judge yet but I was very happy with my therapist and feel much more comfortable with her than the first time.

I've been trying to get an assessment for years. Prosper was able to go through my insurance and get me scheduled within days. This is so needed in the adult autism community.

I had a wonderful experience with Doctor Au. She used autism-affirming language throughout our appointment, which made me feel respected and truly understood. Doctor Au took the time to answer all of my questions—even outside of session hours—and never made me feel “weird” or like something was wrong with me. Instead, I felt safe, heard, and valued. I deeply appreciate her respectful approach and highly recommend her and Prosper Health.

Very informative and helpful

Very thorough and thoughtful final report. Resources made available. No surprises during the assessment, or in the cost. Being diagnosed as an adult has been illuminating and validating and a bit unsettling.

Quick and easy scheduling. Insurance was verified and I was given the amount I’m responsible for prior to my appointment. I was able to look at the provider profiles and choose the one I felt would best meet my needs for my assessment. Great provider. Easy to talk with.

Monica Ross, therapist, didn’t have any of the information that I’d filled out on chat, ‘3 things I want to get out of therapy’, the 1-10 scale of how I’m doing, or the diagnosis or assessment that I’d completed. She acted as if I was bothering her and she said it wasn’t a good fit at 2 minutes into the appointment and hung up on me at 15 minutes. My insurance got charged for the full hour.
