This doesn’t bode well
Had two assessment sessions, was scheduled for a third to finish up and then my appointment was canceled because the assessor left the company? My appointment was only a week away. It all feels weird and I feel a bit betrayed that I opened up to someone and they bailed with potentially useful information, knowing this would be a disruption. I’ve conceded to finishing with a new psychologist but I’m skeptical and almost cynical of how this proceeds now. Will update

We’re sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been. We understand the importance of continuity throughout the assessment process and how unsettling it can feel to have a change in provider after already completing two sessions. At Prosper, we make every effort to maintain consistency with your assessor and only make mid-assessment transfers when absolutely necessary, such as when a provider is no longer with our practice. We understand how important it is to have clarity and support throughout this process, and we’d appreciate the opportunity to look into your situation and help determine the best path forward. Please reach out to our team directly at [email protected] so we can review your specific circumstances and work with you toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
