An absolute nightmare to work with. They care about numbers not people; everything is automated. They are not driven by a desire to heal and help — nope, it's about getting as many insured bodies into their profit-funnel as possible. And, once you sign up, their machinery gets to work. You're given 48 hours to acquire paperwork from friends and family and if you miss that deadline, then an algorithm auto-cancels all your appointments and you have to start the process over. The therapist you pick may or may not be available anymore and they try to pressure you to just see whoever is available. They don't care about crafting a personalized experience. It's healthcare at scale (like everything in America). Good luck, happy hunger games, and may the odds be ever in your favor.
