Affordable, my evaluator was smart, nice, and kind. Easy to schedule assessment

Out of pocket costs for autism evaluation were extremely cheap compared to in person evaluations nearby. It was easy to set up, easy to select a psychologist that I thought would be the right fit for me, and easy to schedule the appointments. The messaging portal was very convenient for giving additional info and asking questions, and my psychologist was extremely affirming, helpful, kind, and patient. I had some issues with my references not receiving their forms, but I think it was just a technical issue and it was extremely easy to email the patient/customer support team and get the issue quickly rectified. They were always kind and efficient, and they made it very easy to fix issues that I encountered. They answered all questions I had to the best of their ability and were very helpful. After receiving a diagnosis, my psychologist was very kind and made sure to check in with how I was feeling, suggest and offer various resources, and answered all my questions thoughtfully. She helped me assess not only my challenges, but also my strengths, and was absolutely wonderful to interact with. I felt comfortable, reassured, and safe. Most importantly, I never felt judged.

The process was straight forward with clear communication which helped a lot. My provider was kind, patient and straight to the point. I’m fortunate that they took my insurance so the assessment was affordable. Aftercare services was a bonus for community building and access to learning more about yourself and how to improve in your struggle areas. My experience with Prosper was positive and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The customer service and follow up was great. The psychologist was great as well. It really is as cheap as promised. Very easy process. Only thing I have to note is that the assessment didn’t seem to dive deep, I feel like there could be better or more specific questions and background looked at.
