As a woman diagnosed with autism late in life, finding Prosper Health was an absolute turning point. For decades, I lived with this overwhelming sense of being "different," constantly exhausting myself by masking just to fit into a world that wasn't built for how my brain works. When I finally decided to seek a formal diagnosis, I was terrified of being misunderstood, dismissed, or misdiagnosed—something that sadly happens to so many women. My experience with Prosper was the exact opposite. From the very first interaction, I felt deeply seen, heard, and respected. The clinician I worked with was incredibly knowledgeable about how autism uniquely presents in adult women. Instead of relying on rigid, outdated stereotypes, she understood the nuances of masking, internal anxiety, and sensory differences. The assessment process didn’t feel like a cold, clinical interrogation; it felt like a collaborative, warm conversation where my lived experiences were genuinely validated. Receiving my formal diagnosis through Prosper wasn't heavy or upsetting—it was an immense relief. I left the experience not feeling broken, but feeling empowered, with a newfound sense of self-compassion and a clear roadmap for how to navigate my world moving forward. If you are an adult woman wondering if you're on the spectrum, I cannot recommend Prosper Health enough. They provide the safe, affirming, and expert space we deserve.

I really appreciated how efficiently I could be seen (no waiting list), in addition to the upfront cost (given that I paid out-of-pocket). Even greater than that was the fact that I got connected with a psychologist (Dr. Timothy Eagan) who was professional, thorough, warm, safe and sincere all at the same time. This really helped me open up and trust him and the process. I couldn't have asked for a better psychologist to work with. I hope everyone else is as lucky as me and gets him. And hands down, Prosper Health truly deserves all the five star reviews it gets and positive feedback seen on social media. Really just an all-around wonderful service and experience.

Very helpful therapist and thorough sessions. Post session notes and resources offered are also amazing and something I’ve never been offered in other therapy groups. Recommend.
