It was very easy.

Easy to get started with the insurance check and then good nudges through email not pushy (actually said, this is our last email) when I initially wasn’t ready. I really liked that because I think they recognized that their target audience will pursue at their own pace. Extremely easy to set up convenient times for assessment and direct links to those people I assigned for the assessment. My Dr. was professional, kind, empathetic, and showed how much she truly understood me through the final readout. Overall, wonderfully curated experience for something highly personal and life changing.

The assessment went above and beyond my expectations for telehealth. Dr. Parker was spectacular and she seemed to really understand what I was conveying to her. After my diagnosis, she gave me access to all the resources I’ve been looking for for years. I’m recommending prosper health to so many of my friends.

I highly recommend Prosper. My doctor really listened to me and repeated back what I said to make sure she got it right. I finally felt like I was being believed. I suspected I was autistic for a long time but was dismissed by so many psych professionals because I'm low support needs. This diagnosis was a real life changer. Very grateful
