The process was easy and straightforward. My clinician is amazing and I appreciated being able to review and choose who I would worked with to assess my life. She was easy to talk to and I had no qualms working through something that I never knew I had. Im looking forward to my next steps after receiving my diagnosis.

The process was very easy. The information provided to prepare for the assessment was very helpful in easing some of the anxiety of the unknown. The assessor was incredibly patient and kind. She was willing to explain anything that was unclear in greater detail. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the 72, 48, and 24 hour reminders about the appointments. They felt excessive and caused me anxiety in anticipation of the first appointment.

The actual process was excellent, but there were a lot of technical glitches that resulted in my first two sessions being cancelled. The first time, the clinician was just a no-show and didn't send me any message until four days later. I went with a different clinician, and a technical problem beyond her control prevented that session from happening. She was supportive and got my sessions back on track, so once we met it was a very good process.
