Signing up for an account and getting connected to a provider was fast, simple and convenient. Dr. Vargas was amazing to speak with and is obviously a great human being. The platform and provider were very trustworthy. It was much more comfortable to do this from the privacy of my home and avoid commuting to a strange place. The process seemed to be very organized and fairly easy. To offer a suggestion, I'd have a bulleted list of items to use in lieu of the references if people don't have them at their disposal. Also, minimize any surprises since autistic people will be utilizing this service. Thank you for the experience!
