My order never came! But they are still trying to take money from my account!! By luck i canceled my bankaccount but i still get mails monthly that they are waiting for a payment because i have a subscription! I canceled that subscription the first month but they keep sending me mails for the next payment. This company is a scam!! Watch out!!

I absolutely love primals! Their products have been so helpful for me trying to live a healthier lifestyle and reduce the chemicals and toxins I consume. Their customer support is super friendly and always replies quickly, which is so rare these days.

I ordered the single shower head from PRIMALS and was not disappointed! In the process of ordering, the promotion prompted for two free gifts with the shower head purchase. I went to claim the free gifts but due to a computer glitch, I didn’t get my free gifts. I emailed Lauryn (the founder) and was in contact with her in very short order. She emailed me back within an hour and made the order right away! I’m a very pleased customer and would do business with people like this and day! As should you !! Thanks Lauryn!

I ordered the briefs and they're extremely nice, they're comfortable and breathable.

Have bought several items from their online shop and amazon and items always arrived on time. The boxers specifically are my favorite.
