Learning about how all of our products contain microplastics and going through the grueling process to remove as much as possible is a lot. Primals makes an amazing set of products that are good for you and well made!! Their email series is well written and educational. Highly recommend using the products to enhance your world!

Do not buy their products! The toothbrushes have bristles falling out every time you use them. Feels like hair caught in your teeth. Additionally they smell like a wet dog. Very off putting. It was a great concept but these products are not ready for the marketplace. Read the return policy carefully. They don’t give refunds just swaps for other products if theirs. Terrible customer service.

We ordered the horse hair bristle/bamboo replacement heads for our electric toothbrushes. For me personally, I am happy to not be getting all the microplastics in my mouth as I am brushing. The horse hair bristles feel great to my teeth and gums, but occasionally I will get a "horse hair" taste. I hate to use the adage, "it is, what it is", but that about sums it up. Trade off. When we ordered it was a pre-order, so we had to wait. Once in stock it shipped promptly.

Scammers they took monthly money for like 5 month while I didn’t make an subscription

Hi I am a new customer with Primal. I had a small issue that was almost resolved as soon as my email was sent. They took there time too respond with my issue professionally and helped me achieve my issues with more support then I could have asked for. They were so kind to the point they offered more then what I can hope for. The toothbrushes I have purchased recently have been the best investment to myself and my health. I will now be purchasing my toothbrushes with Primal instead of buying cheap plastic brushes that contains millions of microplastics each use. Thank you again Primal for the kind and helpful support. I love our switch to primals!

I've been brushing with the rotating heads electric plastic toothbrushes for the last decade. Had periodontal disease which I kept in check by brushing 6-8 minutes every time, and once a week using soap instead of toothpaste. For the last couple of months before I received my Primals brush, I was also fighting a yeast infection in my mouth, that just kept coming back whenever I finished the medication, and that was what prompted me to make the switch. Within a week of using Primals, the yeast infection went away, without medication. I haven't had to brush my teeth with soap in over three weeks, and they still feel as clean as after a visit to the dentist. The slight but persistent infection in my gums around my lower front teeth is gone, and flossing doesn't hurt anymore. I brush for 2 minutes, and my teeth are just as clean as what used to require 6-8 minutes. My ears don't ring when I'm done brushing, which I suspect is due to the low emf. I'm using about 1/4 the amount of chapstick that I used to. I also got the copper tongue scraper, and my tongue hasn't been this pink since I was a teenager. I didn't charge the toothbrush before I started using it, and I still haven't, three weeks later. The plastic toothbrushes were always slightly damp between the bottom of the brushes, which I suspect didn't help the yeast infection. Whenever I pick up the Primals, it's bone dry, all the way in between the brushes. You've got yourself a lifelong customer!
