Great customer service
Great customer service! Quick response. Love the horse hair electric toothbrush. Soft yet effective. It did not shed at all. Highly recommend especially if trying to eliminate toxic microplastics that standard toothbrushes leave in your mouth and that go directly into your entire biological system. This is for everyone!

Best service and product on the market.
I ordered the toothbrush several weeks ago and had a little glitch in delivery timing I contacted Lauren who gave great customer service. The toothbrush arrived and I was very pleased as to the look, sturdiness and action of the product. This company is definitely one to trust with your business. I also bought the horse hair bristle which I will try in the future as the bristles that came with the toothbrush will be used first.

Great alternative to plastic
I love my electric toothbrush, but didn't like the prospect of throwing another chunk of plastic into the garbage every month, so I was pleased to find the Primals toothbrush heads online. I've been using them for the past month, and find theme every bit as effective as the plastic variety, and when one has reached the end of its lifespan, I just toss it in the compost bin.

These toothbrushes manage to be soft…
These toothbrushes manage to be soft while really effective in cleaning. We love them as parents and for my one year old daughter. Shipping was a little confusing and took longer than expected but they were very responsive about the issue.
