It's a ripoff... They will bill you monthly even when you are not getting meds from them... Spoke with them months ago, told them I was not taking the Lyrica because of the side effects. I did not use the exact words cancel my account, so they continued to charge me.... BS

Prescription Lifeline is just that ... A lifeline for those who cannot otherwise afford their prescriptions. I've always gotten excellent customer service from everyone there. I just had to inquire about paperwork requirements, and Layla reassured me in a kind, prompt and professional way that I had what I needed to renew my enrollment application. I highly recommend that anyone struggling with prescription costs investigate this company.

BEWARE this is just another scam that preys on the poor in need of medication and desperate. There is an upfront fee to join and the "membership" fees every month they make you think is for the medication but is actually just money in their pocket. The medications they say they are getting for you at a discount you can actually have a clinic provider get free for you. Prescription Lifeline charges you the "membership fees" every month whether you actually receive your medication or not.
