This one of the finest companies I have ever dealt with. I never wait for help and they are most helpful. I have been using them since 2016 and every advocate has been helpful.. My latest call was with Jasmine and she was very professional and extremely courteous . Thank you everyone. Keith

I’ve been disappointed that it’s taken over 60 days to get life important meds - but dealing with Larz, Wesley, and Frances and getting nowhere after 69 days, there is a reason for mistakes on our forms they submitted to the pharmaceutical companies resulting in many delays. Then, a ray of sunshine started helping us - Layla Lopez! She stayed late after work going through our file and contacting 2 of the 3 pharmaceutical companies. She has kept promises to call back and give us updates often. Layla is a huge asset to your company, and I am proud she has offered to be our advocate from now on. She is truly been a blessing to us. Still working on a few other things but hopefully they will be resolved next week. Layla Lopez deserves to be employee of the quarter! Very polite, attentive give to our questions and needs, getting much needed answers for us and even staying late to work on our matter. Grateful for such a wonderful young lady to help us! Blessed! Thank you Layla! Lisa and Keith Grantham Florence, MS

I would recommend prescription lifeline to anyone that needs help getting their medicine. I would especially recommend requesting Layla Lopez. Layla has made the process so much easier and quicker. She has even gone above and beyond to make sure I get my life saving medication as soon as possible. If not for Layla I would be so lost. So if anyone needs help with their medication, I would 100% recommend Layla at Prescription Lifeline.

I could not possibly afford the insulin my Dr had prescribed, one being $187 and the other $157 dollars, each every month, for a one month supply. After lots of research online, and talking to fellow diabetics Etc. Just as I was about to give up I came across Prescription Lifeline. Ashley (an incredible woman of her word) became my advocate, "in the true sense of the word". She did paperwork, advised me on what to get together and send to her. Faxed my doctor as well kindly reassuring me every step of the way. I just received my 3 month supply of insulin for a price I can afford. Like a miracle, the insulin came, (as I was down to 1/2 a pen of each). I live on a fixed income. My physical well-being is getting worse as far as my metal back, but thanks to Ashley and Alicia at Prescription Lifeline, I may just be able to get healthier, not to mention, taking so much stress away by having confidence in my advocate. My thanks to all the folks at Prescription Lifeline, especially Ashley and Alicia . They are experts at what they do and very reassuring, as people of good character. Ladies I'm amazed. And very grateful. Bobby L.

I believe the good reviews that are on here are fake! This program is a rip off!!! Perscription assist programs should be free! They charged me a monthly fee of $50 and a sign on fee of $50! I found out from the actual manufacturing company that my medication was 100% covered yet was still being charged a fee of $50 from Perscription life line! When I called them they said that $50 dollars was going toward my medication which was a lie they knew my medication was cover 100% but failed to tell me! so when I called them again I told them I would like to cancel my account when they asked why I said because I'm going to go through someone else I never once said I was going through the manufacturing company myself the lady on the phone asked if I was going to go through the manufacturer and I said yes it's easier for me to do it myself. she then tried to talk me into keeping my account and putting it on hold so that next year whenever my card expired they could contact me again and probably charge me! I will say they do have excellent customer service everyone who I talked to was super nice and very helpful wish I knew they were only acting like that to get money out of me! Please do not fall for this!!

I have been a patient to Prescription Lifeline for 3 years. I would say the company is truly a LIFELINE!!! I have several prescriptions and my husband and I are retired. The customer service is amazing and they understand and talk the language and have strong relationships with the drug companies. Layla Lopez was so patient and understanding and definitely an ADVOCATE. Thank you for being on "my side."
