Was with this company for one year, was charge $50 per month, the year rolled over and they increased the price to $70 per month (without my consent.) It is now June, i have not been sent a prescription since January, i have filled out the forms they sent 2 times!! They are still charging me $70 per month! When i asked to cancel they said ok, but when i asked about a refund for the months they have not sent me anything, the response was "we are like a gym even though you don't use us we will still charge you" (from two different employees). They charged me for this months prescriptions AGAIN after i was told the account was put on hold, it is June 4th they wont give me my money back for the next month. $350 STOLEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I would like it back. This company has done nothing for me!

About 2 months before all my prescriptions were to expire I had to see my doctor so I went ahead and asked for renewals and sent them in ahead of time so they would be on file. When the actual renewals time came I got all these requests in the mail from prescription lifeline needing new prescriptions and I called and said but I already sent them you have them on file. Then I was told but we switched providers we sent them to the old provider now we have to send new prescriptions to the new 1. I didn't want to go through that all over again so I talked to my customer service person her name was BRI. R (that's all that I have for her name as I asked for it ). She was wonderful; she spent an entire afternoon researching my records and took care of it all for me. She was wonderful. I hope somewhere somebody puts something good in her file. Her customer service with went beyond and above what I expected to get. Anybody else could have said I'm sorry there is nothing else we can do, but she took the time to fix it for me and I appreciate her diligence. P. Doreen Clay

I can't say enough great things about this company. They take all the pressures off your shoulders. Their forms are a breeze to fill in..they talk you through every step..they are kind..compassionate n humorous...the price savings are phenomenal..i went from well over $200 @ mth out of pocket to going thru you to under $50. The forms are sent out filled in for you where ever possible. The emotional component is SO amazing...they call you n check on you..they go out of the way to get meds to you in a timely fashion This advocacy company is a blessing !!

Beware this is a scam.... I signed up on Feb 28 2018 paid a $50 service fee plus $49 for the medicine waited until APRIL 30 to call and find out what's going on since I was not receiving my meds. They told me that within 5 business days I would receive it, it's now MAY 29 and still nothing and still charging me $49/month. I try and cancel and they hang up on me, I tried to dispute it through my bank and they wouldn't do it, so now I'm out roughly $400. Do not do it!

definitely a positive company for my health issues.. This company not only rushed my meds in my situation but made sure everything met my financial needs. regular cost would of been 1200.00 for a 3 month supply just to beable to control my ashma. So I'll mention the fact I'm able to afford and breath easier. honest company and very helpful. deffinetly worth my every breath. ty prescription lifeline

Thank God For Layla Lopez!! I have been having a problem for well over a week now with my Dr's staff at Northside Medical here in Cumming GA along with their attitude about sending in the proper forms to Prescription Lifeline for my MUCH needed diabetic insulin! However, after making a phone call and speaking with Layla Lopez all has been resolved!! This has been a first experience for me having someone really care about helping me. She is extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable in her position. I wish there were more people like her in the world, just makes life so much easier!! Thanks again Layla you are the best!! This company has taken $148 from me and has Not provided any medicine, I can't afford my medicine and have been out for 2 weeks and it's heart medicine and they will not refund my money back so no don't use this company! Krista Elrod

Buyers Beware When my prescription medication insurance changed It forced me to look at companies for prescription assistance needless to say I went to the trusted google search Had I not read the reviews they were willing to charge me 100 a month for a 90 day Prescription that I would receive once every 3 months Luckily I was able to tell them I decided to go with Good RX which was cheaper
