I can't remember ever receiving such personal care as I did with James, Perla, LaShanta, and Carlos. These folks are such assets to the program as they treated me like a friend/family member. James spent an endless amount of time helping me get all the info I needed. He was patient every step of the way. Unfortunately, after all the hard work the medication did not help me. Thanks for the effort, all.

I never received any of the registration packet that I was told I’d receive to get the prescription process started, no voucher from any company for medications or anything! All I received was an email asking me to take a survey. After 2 days of leaving messages about my concerns Nick finally called me. All I was told was that they had sent me mail but I never received it. They didn’t have any problems with the money that they debited from my checking account. That’s all I got from these people; a $124.00 withdrawal from my account. Thanks for nothing! This was about a 3 week process before I cancelled my account. What an unbelievable organization!!! Two Thumbs down!!!

Hi Ashby, We mailed out the packet on June 7th and asked you to call us if you dont receive it within 7 business days but we never heard back. We sent an email letting you know the packet was on the way and another email 7 days later to see if packet was received. I do apologize if you never received the packet but we didnt have a way of knowing that until you told us. We were trying to make it right by offering you a free month while we mailed a new packet but you decided to cancel before we could assist you. We are here to help and if you still need assistance please give us a call. We can mail a new membership packet with your application and hold your membership fee until you receive your medication. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
