Too many different stories as to why it took from February to July to get me approved while I kept paying a monthly fee for nothing
Response from Prescription LifelineJul 31, 2019
Hi Anita, I do apologize it took longer than normal for you to receive your medication. The Pharmaceutical Company was going through a system change which delayed all applications. It looks like everything is now in order for your account and the next refill will be in October. Again, I apologize about the delay and if you ever have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to call us. We appreciate you being a member with us and hope you have a great day.

I contacted pres lifeline and was connected to Dominique Garza who guided me through the enrollment process. She turned what could have been a tedious exercise into a very positive experience.Everything was explained in terms i could identify with and in a short time completing the online section was finished. In that short time she came across as a professional and caring person who knew and cared about her job.An asset for any company.Thank you J. Kelly High

It's a wonderful program but there is way to much paper work to be done by both the patient and the Doctor. All the paper work has to be originals and no Fax is allowed to return papers. The time period is way to long to wait for medication approval. Need to shorten time period to 30 days instead of 6 to 8 weeks. It would be so much better if the Doctor could Fax all the papers he has to sign directly to the program to save time in completing the over all process which also would benefit the patient
Response from Prescription LifelineJul 17, 2019
Hi Earlene! I agree there can be a lot of paper work to fill out by you and your doctor but this is a requirement from the programs that send out the medication and not necessarily us. If we could eliminate some of the paperwork we definitely would to make it easier for everyone. Each program requires a separate application, so if you are taking more than one medication, sometimes you have to fill out more than one application. We have processed and faxed one of the applications to the program for approval and currently working on 2 more. If you have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to give us a call. Hope you enjoy your week!
