Hi Sam! We understand there can be a lot of paper work to submit but these are requirements from the pharmaceutical company in order for them to send you the medication. We try to make it as easy as possible but most will require the application along with proof of income and insurance if applicable. Great intent, not so great execution
First person I spoke with over promised and under-delivered. Over charged me the first month because of that. Never got that money back. Did get me approved for one medication. Communication is spotty and inconsistent on reorders. While I am getting medication cheaper, it seems the prescription lifeline processes need work.

Hi Jeffrey! Thank you for the feedback, we will take this into consideration. For the one medication you were denied for, I will add a credit to your account and you will see that on the next draft. For the other medication, notes have been added to your account to contact you once we confirm shipment since your doctor's office has failed to contact you each time it has been delivered. I signed up in March and have never…
I signed up in March and have never received any medicine but my payment of $74.00 is taken out every month. I think I am due a refund. I will not enroll again. I needed help with my medication or I would not have enrolled.

Hi Anita, I am so sorry about the delay. Everything has been processed on our end and we are just waiting for the Pharmaceutical Company to release the medication. They updated some of their procedures which is causing the delay. We did get confirmation that you are approved for the year, we are just waiting on the pharmacy. Again, we are so sorry it is taking longer than anticipated, we will hold your draft until you receive your medication. We will call again on Monday for shipment information from the pharmacy and will let you know as soon as your medication ships. We do appreciate your patience and you being a member with us. It has been a pleasure working with…
It has been a pleasure working with lifeline. If it wasn't for them, Alton would have had another stroke. The Eliquis is so very, very expensive. We had to buy 7 pills at a time for him to take. It has been so stressful.
