This was a very smooth process, except getting the info needed from my insurance company. I literally spent 2 hours on the phone with them, before they were able to tell me the info was in the mail. After waiting 2 weeks, to no avail, I called PL. Thank God Ariona answered. She said she was familiar with their system, and within in minutes she had the information needed to complete my application.
