The person I spoke with initially, was exceptionally polite, professional, and kind. She listened well and seemed to sincerely care. So too were the people I spoke with secondarily. The only real catch was the 'gotcha' at the end when they told me that I would be paying $900.00 dollars for the privilege of the service. However, since I will be saving $5100.00 on the cost of the drug I need, I am fine with that.
