We're very sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we're unable to locate your order based on the information provided, which makes it difficult for us to investigate exactly what happened in this case. As outlined in our policies, there are rare occasions when prices on certain items may change due to manufacturer pricing updates, especially for pool products sourced internationally. When this occurs and we need to contact a customer about a price adjustment, we only ever ask for the amount necessary to break even. We understand how frustrating this can be and do our best to communicate these changes promptly and transparently. We’d like the opportunity to help clarify and make things right if possible. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team with your order number so we can assist you directly.

We're truly sorry for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. We understand how disappointing it is to be told an item is available, only to be refunded again. Unfortunately, the No-More Muriatic Acid product has been discontinued by the manufacturer, and we're no longer able to fulfill orders for it. We apologize for the miscommunication and confusion this caused. Your feedback has been shared with our team so we can work on improving our inventory accuracy and communication moving forward. We truly value your business and hope we can earn back your trust in the future. If there's anything we can do to help make this right, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

Hi Randall. We are sorry about the shipping charge error you incurred on your last order. This charge was based on UPS shipping rates. As you mentioned, the item shipped USPS, which is a lot less expensive. We have refunded your shipping overcharge and adjusted the shipping on this item. We sure appreciate your repeat business and the feedback given to help us better serve our customers.
