We had a great experience with our order of an 8ft air hockey table from Pool Supply Unlimited. The table was shipped promptly. The price was great. It’s a really great table - our kids love it. We had a great experience.

The original order was returned. The pump was shippied in a box that looked like it had been around the world twice! Pump was missing parts & was probably a return. A new pump was sent, but the original was a complete piece of junk and an embarrasment.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience and we truly apologize for the condition your order arrived in. This is not the standard we stand by at Pool Supply Unlimited, and we completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, the shipment was handled by one of our distributors, and it clearly fell short of expectations. We are using this as a learning experience to ensure that future shipments meet the high quality standards our customers deserve. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will make sure to address this with our partners to prevent it from happening again.
