I had an awful experience using Plushcare for a medical appointment. I was told that I would ONLY be charged the $39 copay which I paid. The following week I receive a bill in my email for over $200. I was given false information when I was told I would only be charged the copay because insurance would cover the rest. There was absolutely no indication that I would at any part be charged more. I contacted customer service and they told me they could do nothing and I will have to pay it. If I knew there would be a hidden charge, I would have sought medical treatment elsewhere. I do not recommend this service because they intentionally rip people off.

I needed to speak with a doctor quickly and was impressed how easy it was to log on to PlushCare and get an appointment with a doctor so quickly!

Excellent, quick and extremely efficient.

The app is easy to use and my care team has been excellent in responding to my messages. Dr Hang was kind and professional and he promptly ordered lab work to assess my health. Everything has been covered upfront by my insurance and it has been so much faster and easier than seeing my doctor in the office. So far I love Plush Care!

Bad experience for me. I tried to cancel, and they did not, resulting in many months of charges. The money fee gives little benefits and even after paying $17 per month for years, I still had to pay $199 to see a doctor. I got the same service from Walgreens online for $75. Plushcare is a scam. There are many better options. Plus, when I called to inquire why it was so high for a member, I got an attitude from the customer service rep.

Absolute horrific scam of a billing model. Apparently when I signed up, I also agreed to be billed monthly... indefinitely. So they've been billing me 16.99 a month, since 2021. It's 2024. Of course, there's an element of that that's on me. I should've noticed on my account. But they sent NO information, NO confirmation of payment, and no notification of billing. They also were named, and lost, a class action lawsuit for just this practice. Absolutely disgraceful all around.
