Appointment scheduling is great. So many times and days to choose from allows me to not miss work. Messaging is also good. Always get a return response almost immediately and addressing any issues with the team is great. The provider is over a beyond good.. always on time, knows why she is seeing me (Dr Ross) and addresses each issue and monitors me closely and appropriately. It’s been a great experience for me and highly recommend the Plush service

Everything went smoothly, right down to getting the prescriptions to my pharmacy. I really valued that the doctor listened to me and all my issues/symptoms. I learned about PlushCare at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday, had my appointment at 7:45 p.m., and my meds were ready the next morning. Today (Sunday) I feel lightyears better than I did Friday.

I booked appointment for online emergency for Covid. Doctor was a no-show. Then rebooked, and they called to cancel that one. NOT RELIABLE. What a waste of time while I was sick.

This is nothing but a scam service preying ok desperate people. Customer service basically told me "sucks to be you" and refused a refund, so I had to contact my bank, insurance company, and I've gotten in touch with the BBB as well as other regulatory agencies.

The simplicity of booking an appointment 30 minutes ahead of time on Thanksgiving on top of it all was very cool. I did have an original appointment that the doctor didn't show up for, and the customer service team immediately credited my card as I had booked and paid for another appointment.
