The care I received was superb! Contact was immediate and appointment was thorough. App was easy to navigate and helpful. Script was easy to fill and doctor was efficient and kind. All went well!

I had a virtual visit w Dr. Rosenthal from Indiana for medical weight loss. She ordered labs and told me I would receive an email with the orders. I never received them. I contacted the facility she told me I would be going to and receiving email from and they didnt have anything on record. I contacted PlushCare Customer Service and they never replied. There is no record of my visit, doctors notes or follow-up appt on my chart. I was charged $30 copay for nothing.

So far so good! I’ve had two appointments, love the doctor and love the app. This is one of the best things to have available, especially living on the Oregon coast where healthcare is challenging in our area.

Honestly awful customer service. I was sent twice to a Quest Diagnostics center (45min drive away) and both times my Plush Care assigned doctor never sent in the lab request. Wasted 2 days of my life getting no blood work done, when the whole point of joining Plushcare was to save time. Save your own time and use a different service or a traditional doctor.

Dr.'s never show up on time. Rush through the appointment and do not listen. It is hard to get customer support as well.

You have to be sick for ten days for their doctors to write you a prescription for antibiotics. Off to the aquarium store it is. Thank god I read these reviews or I wouldn’t know about the monthly fee.

Had an account with them. When I tried to login a year later, all I kept getting was error codes no matter what I did. Very frustrating. When will these companies put a REAL human into the mix?

My care with Dr. Huggins was exceptional. My visit was almost 45 minutes and she LISTENED to my concerns and addressed all of them. Best care I’ve received since moving to Arizona almost 10 years ago. Everything is self explanatory and understood monetarily so I’m not quite sure where the scam comments are coming from but, everyone has different experiences depending on the provider. Mine was PHENOMENAL.🩷
