Solomon from the referral team went above and beyond to try and help, appreciate being able to talk to a person who cares!

Although it was the first time I ventured into virtual healthcare, I felt at ease with Dr. Webb and the convenience of not traveling saved me time. I also appreciate the vast hours that are available. She was easy to talk to and understand. She was also clear with my next steps. I loved that I didn't have to wait. I also appreciated not having to be in a crowded waiting room.

I'd been having issues finding a PCP to help me get on weight loss medication. My surgeon and PCP both told me my insurance wouldnt cover it, or they'd have to have a reason to justify it. My PCP recommended me to a doctor..that ended having an emergency the day of our appointment. I was promised a phone call, and after 2 hours i had to cancel. I still needed to work, my job requires me to call clients..blah blah. So if i missed the call, i wouldve been SOL either way. So...cancel. Last night i saw a doctor on a social media offering services fot weight loss medication. I want to use my insurance, he sounded good, fill out the information and schedule an appointment for 8 am. Well. They didnt call me til 10:45 am. Ok they still called. We go through the process, he is ready to prescribe medication. His team will reach out to me. Cool. They text me and give me a fee of $99. So i ask was this a 1 time fee? Because im using insurance. They immediately tell me Aetna isnt in their network. Uuuuh that isnt my insurance. I never provided that information. So they reply that it's either $99/mo for the medication, or 1 one time $99 fee for the prior auth. (Are u effing kidding me?). Then asked for my insurance, they check and im not in network. I bid my farewell. Now im getting frustrated. I am trying to not regress back to an unhealthy lifestyle. I am literally looking for help and running into stalemates. So i google "pcp in my area that helps with weightloss medication" Plushcare was the 3rd one that popped up. I messaged the other 2 and they were self pay only. I noticed plushcare takes insurance. Soo. I took a chance on faith. I sign up (while in a meeting) and set up for an appointment for this afternoon. Now, my doctor was abt 16 minutes late, but she was ready to let me know that she would cancel and not charge me. I informed her i am at a $0 copay so we can do this. She was okay with that. We went through everything. We both agreed on the importance of remaining healthy. She listened and cared. Got me squared away for labs, requested to ensure my insurance will cover the meds, and some other direction. At the moment i am thoroughly pleased with how today went. $20/mo doesnt bother me if I will continue to have the service i recieved today. I gave a 4 star because trying to rebook with the same doctor with a time frame i wanted was not user friendly. I had to call and have a representative book an appointment for a week after my lab work. So, for my second appointment i will do another review. However, so far, considering my prior experiences, my 1st experience with plushcare has been amazing. I also would like to note, both my pcp and surgeon were incorrect. My insurance covers it, with a prior auth.

I had a bad experience with Dr. Drew on my second visit he was very rude and dismissive. I changed Doctors and it was like night and day. Dr. Anna Lowell was patient, informative and friendly. She listened to what I had to say and explained everything. She took the time to get my history and medications. I was more then pleased with my experience with Dr. Lowell and am looking forward to my follow up appointment.

I was able to get an appointment and get the care I needed. The initial doctor was a no-show and I initially had some trouble reaching customer service but both issues were resolved with an hour so still 4 stars.

Everything goes well amazingly well except that I can’t communicate the next day or even that day after I get the prescription with my doctor if I had one thing to contribute to this process an effort to make it better for myself and other patients it’s that we can communicate with the doctor at least through a text or email for a concern question or comment

Really good. Timely, efficient. There was an issue with the pharmacy unfortunately but the Plush team was quick to respond and the doctor was awesome.
