absolutely scam of a site
absolutely scam of a site. they say they take your insurance, 90% chance they are lying to you. they have an absurd amount of hidden charges, that don’t even end when you cancel your account. i have been charged around over 500$ a month… even after canceling. no one has gotten back to me when i’ve been emailing for months. an ai robot just keeps sending me the same email it is so frustrating. i had to freeze and cancel my card just to end these ridiculous charges. example I ended my membership and account in february. it is october and i’m still getting charged. if i could give them 0 stars i would.

Money grab...
Money grab.... $35 (would have been a lot more if I didn't have good insurance) to listed but not understand or take into the account patient's needs. Instead refered to a specialist.... (over reaction) was looking for a basic regulary prescribed non addictive, non narcotic medication.

Totally inefficient
I went on the address a minor problem. They called in a non narcotic ointment with the wrong dose. I tried to contact them to deal with it but they told me it will take 7-10 business days! I called my insurance company and the insurance company representative is getting the same run around. It’s been two days, nothing is resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this “service” to anyone. I may as well have talked to a chat bot that can listen and advise but not follow through with a basic prescription. I’m now over 2 hours in on trying to resolve this, and my insurance company is over an hour in. Run away!

Terrible. Dr. Wooten acted like a doctor but ultimately a scammer.
I scheduled and attended an appointment with Dr. Wooten. She asked me to upload lab results after meeting and the treatment would start. I messaged her two days after the appointment and she acted like we had no appointment and she wanted me to schedule another 100+ dollar appointment to talk. Terrible!

The worst
The worst! Dismissive, putting words in my mouth. I expressed I could not get an appointment with my Dr. for a Z Pak and google lead me to this service. She said well you cannot just ask google something to be true. I felt it was a scam. If you "never" prescribe zpks then don't advertise you do. They waisted my money! Everything is always a SCAM. I cancelled my membership. They said I would receive a refund but we'll see.

Hidden membership fees, no refund, 30-day refill trap
One star. Hidden membership fees and stingy refills.
PlushCare kept charging a membership fee we did not realize we were still paying. When we canceled, they refused to refund any of it. On top of that, the visits are expensive, and they would only refill a basic long-term medication (Synthroid/levothyroxine) for 30 days at a time. That forces another paid visit every month.
This is not convenient care. It is a subscription trap with short prescriptions. We will not use them again and would not recommend them to anyone who just needs a straightforward refill.

Great provider, horrible company
Our provider was wonderful, which makes this review somewhat challenging. She was great, but the company is horrific. If you want to use them, know that in the dozens of pages of fine print that you sign off on to book the appointment, is a clause that says by using them one time, you are signing up for a monthly subscription to the tune of $20/month. Like most people, my husband and I saw the recurring charge on our credit card and thought it was related to something else, so we didn't explore it. That part's on us. I finally checked on the charge today. Since my son's appointment with them was in July 2025, they have taken $20/month for doing absolutely nothing. When I called to cancel the charge, I asked what that $20 got me, and the answer was "access to doctors." I got that without a subscription the first time. Why should I need a subscription if I choose to use them another time, which I won't ever again? No monthly email telling me that I was going to be charged or anything. So they have taken $300 from us, and we have no benefits whatsoever. We used them because we were out of state, not near an urgent care, and my son needed to see someone. If you have to use them, please know that they will bleed you dry unless you immediately cancel your subscription. Don't make my mistake and let them rob you too.
