I had a follow-up video visit with my PlushCare doctor. We discussed my prescriptions for thyroid and blood pressure to make sure that things were going well. I always enjoy talking to her and I feel that she really cares.

My doctor is very knowledgeable, great communication from the physician and support team. Very convenient, affordable, and professional.

The visits are always great because of Dr. Marks. He is patient and kind and actively listens to me without ever making me feel like my questions aren't necessary. Every time I send an email I am answered in a timely fashion by very polite considerate people.

I was feeling utterly miserable after my primary care doctor canceled my appointment on Friday afternoon. Sick, in pain, and feeling extremely gross from the pile of tissues and lack of a shower, I faced what seemed like an impossible choice. I could either drag myself to the nearest clinic or endure the endless wait at an ER designed to see patients who need more than just a prescription for a sinus infection. I lay there, longing for the bygone era of doctor house calls and those cute black bags with medicine that I didn't have to drive to a pharmacy to get. I threw a millennial "Hail Mary" (note: the only sports reference I know) and said, "Siri, please find local urgent care that offers telemedicine appointments." Siri politely introduced me to PlushCare and changed my life for the better. Within minutes, I had set up an account. I secured an appointment within the hour with a physician who did a comprehensive yet efficient assessment of my symptoms that aligned with a sinus infection. By the time my appointment was complete, my pharmacy had already received my prescription and was working to fill it. Best part? I never left the comfort of my bed and piles of tissue. Tomorrow, I'll be finished with my antibiotics and back to spreading holiday cheer, thanks to PlushCare!! Happy Holidays ☃️

Terrible service - feels like a scam. Doctor did not know what she was talking about, was combative with no solutions, and terrible bedside manner. She never actually listened to her patient or wanted solutions. What a waste of my precious time.

You’ll end up having to do more work than them and when you complain, no one will take accountability. Had two doctors no show and then FINALLY after keeping my baby up an hour past her bedtime, a doctor joined (8 min late) and wrote her a prescription…then forgot to send it to the pharmacy. I ended up In total spending 56 minutes on the phone with this team today, not including the doctors, and still have no prescription. It’s an absolute waste of money and time, go to a minute clinic instead that’s where I ended up

The Dr had “technical” issues on their end, and ended the call. To rebook I was going to be charged ANOTHER copay of $30, PLUS another $75 for a “late” booking fee. Taking money for services not provided is fraud and I am filing a complaint.
