Would highly recommend! I have had difficulty finding a primary care provider locally. Plush care allows you to have a pcp through them directly. Appointments are available 24/7. I started a medication that required a prior authorization and the company submitted it to my insurance and I had an approval within 24 hours. I have been using this company for several months now and have no complaints!

WARNING. Absolute worst tele-health company. Utterly disorganized and will make you wait for days for your prescription and most likely you won't even get a script because they will try to get you to take more test even if you've provided the same test result from less than 2 years prior. Never go to this company as their doctors know nothing about menopause or HRT. edit: you want to investigate? I've called and sent emails several times. This company is a total SCAM! Women beware!

In 2023 I did a one time telehealth visit because it was weeks before I could get in to see my doctor. The other day I noticed that I’ve been charged almost $20 a month for 2 years. My fault for not looking closely at my credit card statement but I never would have knowingly signed up for a recurring service.

Per terms of service, when you book your first appointment, you are automatically enrolled into our membership program, which is free for the first 30 days. This will allow us to continue to provide our patients with the very best telehealth services including same or next-day appointments, access to some of the top doctors in the country, and innovative digital health services such as in-app messaging. The membership is communicated in a multitude of ways: 1. There is a membership tab on the top of www.plushcare.com. 2. When you book the first appointment that enrolls you into membership there is a summary of the cost of the membership. 3. In our welcome email, titled "Welcome to PlushCare", which details the membership benefits.
