I had a bad experience with Dr. Drew on my second visit he was very rude and dismissive. I changed Doctors and it was like night and day. Dr. Anna Lowell was patient, informative and friendly. She listened to what I had to say and explained everything. She took the time to get my history and medications. I was more then pleased with my experience with Dr. Lowell and am looking forward to my follow up appointment.

Scam! Stay away. Needed a 1 time prescription and this company continued charging me for 6 months on a subscription model. Shame on me for not reading the fine print but I would have never used them if I had. Tried cancelling for 3 months while being charged for absolutely nothing. When I did use them they were late to the video meeting and unorganized. Eventually went with a better 1 time telladoc service that helped me.

You need doctors who actually listen to and respect their patient and don’t follow a script or push their own agendas.

Absolute SCAM. Called at 10pm on hold with a booked meeting with Dr Rakab who after showing up late by 15 minutes, looked at me ignored me and said another doctor would treat me. Logged off without telling me what to do and a random email indicating I was rescheduled. This was for my 9 year old daughter. I booked again and was forced to pay again and then he cancelled me but they took the money again

I needed a rescue inhaler before leaving for vacation. My physician made an error calling in the prescription --4 hours, several messages and phone calls later they seem unable to have the doctor correct the error and they refuse to either refund the visit or give me a new one. So I am forced with either paying their exorbitant fees to get a second doctor to write me the prescription that the first doctor refuses to send in, after agreeing to do so. I had used plushcare for years, but no more! (And by the way--they list reviews next to their doctors, but I could find new way to access the review system, so I suspect all those testimonies are bot-authored.)

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. They do not do what they claim to do. They are in bed with the medical prescription industry and will NOT work to help insurance cover the costs regardless the diagnosis you have documented with labs. I had 2 visits and both times told the doctor I would write an appeal to my insurance and he simply would not listen and would only push me towards weight loss medication when instead I am needing medication to help insulin resistance. Its not a reputable place for medication its a medication popping facility just pushing drugs to people for weight loss not actual doctors who look at the big picture.

I put myself in a pickle. No refills, my PCP moved away, then I called to get my prescription refilled my doctors office stated they'll be closing permanently & essentially I'm SOL.. I researched REFILL ASAP, & was able to schedule an appointment for 20 minutes later. Dr was kind, patient, & didn't take much of my time. I received notification from my pharmacy within 10mins of that appointment ending. I'm very thankful.

Did an online search specifically for a dermatologist. The lending page specifically references "prescription skin treatments online". The Dr. I met online was very nice, hence the two stars, but she was a primary care physician and could not prescribe what was needed. She mentioned that in fact this company knows this page is misleading and still....here we are. She said, I won't be charged, but we shall see.
